Why it is here

A replacement for the HD 600, HD 650 and HD 6XX cable, in a length and a plug the original doesn't come in. Mogami W2893 is a thin four-conductor cable, so the same cable takes a balanced plug or a single-ended one. This is the Standard build, with no outer sleeve. It won't change how the headphones sound.

What it is for

A desk too close for Sennheiser's cable, a couch too far for it, or an amp whose best output is a plug the original cable doesn't have.
