Terms of service

Who you are dealing with. Sonic Temple, LLC, a Montana limited liability company, trading as Sonic Temple Audio at sonictempleaudio.com.

Prices and descriptions. We try hard to get both right. If something is priced or described wrongly we will tell you before we take your money, and we may cancel and refund an order rather than honour an obvious error. Photographs of used gear are of the actual unit unless the listing says otherwise.

Used and consigned gear. Each unit is one of one and is graded against the published condition scale at the condition scale. Consigned items belong to their owner until sold, and we handle the sale, the description and the shipping.

Measurements. Where we publish a measurement of a specific unit, it is a measurement of that unit on the stated rig by the stated method, and the conditions and limits are published with it. It is a description of one object, not a claim that the object is better than another one.

Stock. Nothing is guaranteed available until an order is accepted. Where a product page says a thing is coming soon, that is a statement of intent and not a promise of a date.

The listening room. Free to visit by appointment. It is a working space in a shared building, so please treat it as somebody's actual room, because it is.

Warranty. Used and consigned gear is sold as described and as graded, and unless a listing says otherwise it carries no manufacturer warranty. Custom cables are covered for thirty days against a faulty build. Nothing here removes rights you have under law.

Limits. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Governing law. Montana.

Changes. If these terms change, the version in force is the one published here on the day you ordered.
