A return comes back to us, whoever it shipped from.

New gear

Thirty days from delivery. Open it and listen properly, because nobody can judge a headphone in ten minutes in a shop. Send it back with everything it came with and we will refund the purchase price. Return shipping is yours unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

Used and consigned gear

Thirty days from delivery. Send it back in the condition it left in and we will refund it.

If a unit is not as described, that is our mistake and it costs you nothing, shipping included. The condition scale sets out what "as described" means.

Or listen before you buy

The listening room is free and it is open by appointment. If you are within driving distance, ask what we can put in front of you and come and listen before you buy.
