Here is the plain version of how an order gets to you. The short version is on every product page; this is the whole of it.
One place to email
Some orders leave Livingston and some go straight to you from the maker. Either way you email us, and there's nobody else to chase. United States only for now.
New gear
Nothing new here waits in a warehouse for you. When you order, we order it from the maker, and it ships usually inside two weeks and always inside thirty days.
If it's going to take longer than thirty days, we'll email you before those thirty days are up, give you the real date rather than an optimistic one, and you can wait or cancel for a full refund. That's your call.
Used and consigned gear
Used guitars, basses, amps and drums are pickup only for now, at 215 East Lewis Street in Livingston, by appointment, and each listing says so.
The rest ships. There's one of each, so it ships once and it has to arrive right. Expect it out within two business days of the order clearing, double boxed where the weight asks for it. If a unit is awkward to ship, or the original packaging is long gone, the listing says so before you buy rather than after.
What it costs
Eight dollars flat under ninety-nine, free at ninety-nine and above, and fifteen for express if you need it sooner. Shown at checkout before you commit to anything.
