Why it is here

With the Liric line finished, this is what Meze will sell you if you need to keep the sound inside the cup. It is a different animal from what it replaces: a 50 mm dynamic rather than a planar, 330 g rather than the weight of a flagship, and easy enough at 40 ohms and 111 dB that a phone will drive it honestly. Buy it if you listen where other people can hear you. If you do not, buy the Poet instead and spend less.
How it is built

50 mm dynamic driver with a bio-cellulose composite dome and beryllium-coated torus, magnesium frame, Macassar ebony cup covers, zinc and leather, hand-painted in house. Magnetic pad mounting and full parts replaceability. Ships with two dual-twisted Kevlar-wrapped OFC cables at 1.8 m, terminated 3.5 mm and 4.4 mm.
