Why it is here

Grado has barely changed the SR60 in three decades. It is the fastest and cheapest way to find out whether you like what this company does, and if you do, the rest of the line is the same idea in better materials. Two warnings worth having before you buy rather than after. It is wide open, so everyone near you hears it and you hear them. And the foam sits on your ears rather than around them, which some people never get used to.
What it is for

A first serious headphone. Desk listening when you have the house to yourself. Rock, at a volume that would annoy somebody.
