Why it is here

The DJ200i tracks at anywhere from 2 to 5 grams, where the Green4, Red4 and Gold4 run at 1.6 to 1.9, and Grado designed its cantilever for back-cueing, turning the record backwards under the stylus to find the start of a track.

Underneath it's a Prestige body: moving iron, 6 grams, black and marked DJ with a gold side plate and gold lettering, with its own generator, quoted at 4 mV at 3.54 cm/s, a slightly hotter figure than the Green4's 4 mV at 5 cm/s. The stylus pulls out in one piece.

If nobody cues by hand on your turntable, get the Green4 instead. It costs less, and it's built to track at the lighter 1.6 to 1.9 grams.

Moving iron, Grado's flux-bridger generator, in a molded body with a gold side plate. Grado's transmission line cantilever, made for back-cueing, 6 grams.
