Beastie Boys: Paul's Boutique

The Beastie Boys' second album and their first for Capitol, released in July 1989. They recorded most of it with the Dust Brothers in Matt Dike's living room in Los Angeles, and the Dust Brothers mixed it at Record Plant. It draws on 105 sampled songs, with 24 samples on the closing track alone. This pressing is the 2009 remaster on 180 gram vinyl, in an eight-panel fold-out jacket.
